A 60-year Bala Cynwyd resident and past president of the Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail, Jim will bring the Trail’s past to life with stories of the trains, people, and places that shaped our community.
This event will be at a walking pace along the trail for about 1.5 miles, with flat and lightly elevated areas. Light refreshments will be provided at the midpoint of the walk. Please leave furry friends and young children at home so we can keep our group focused and moving at a steady pace.
Parking is available at the Cynwyd Station Trailhead, but note that the walk ends at the Manayunk Bridge and participants will be responsible for their journey from there.
