Brew Your Own Beer Class

Learn everything you need to know about the aromatic art of beer making in this three week class. The first week partcipants will brew a 5-gallon batch of beer and go through the brewing process in detail(class time: 3-4 hours). Week two includes checking the fermentation of the beer and discussions on malts, hops, grains, yeast and then sampling different beer styles(class time: 1-2 hours). The last class will teach the entire bottling process – from sanitizing the bottles to transferring and bottling the beer(class time: 2-3 hours) and ends with you taking home your own brewed beer!
