We’ve been organizing spaces, time, paper messes and digital files for over 15 years. Now that you are spending more time at home, can we help you get organized?
Virtual organizing sessions help you to start and finish that nagging project. If you can hold a phone, then you can organize with us…safely and socially distanced. Yes, we can really help you with those closets, basement, playroom, kitchen, and any other space in your home.
Our most popular pandemic service is photo organizing. Photos might be the most important organizing project you’ll ever finish. Find out whether to tackle your printed or digital photos first. Learn the ABCs of organizing photos and videos that can help you enjoy, share, and protect your precious, one-of-a-kind memories. Paws@Play Dog Daycare
Yes, I am open! Yes, I am accepting new dogs! Having 25+ years’ experience (15 years In the Main Line and winner of “Best of Main Line” for 9 years.in a row),  I know I can give your pup the best care in the area. Paws@Play is small which gives me the chance to know the dogs individually and recognize any signs of change in behavior and alerting the parents if further care is necessary. No cages used – dogs run free playing and having fun all day mainly in the 1800 sq. ft. playroom. Nervous dogs are kept in a playroom with the very small dogs and will move to the bigger room only when they feel confident enough.

Bounce Back Physical Therapy Inc. has been serving the local community for 20 years. It is a privately owned company run by a husband and wife team , Charan Chadha MPT and Stephanie Sposato MPT.
We are open and treating patients either in person inside our clinic or through TeleHealth. We are deemed an essential business and have remained open to help flatten the curve for those who would otherwise have to visit the ER. We are licensed to treat patients for 30 days without a doctors prescription, so there is no need to wait to see your doctor before starting physical therapy.
Rest assured we are taking every precaution as outlined by the CDC for the protection and safety of our patients and staff.
We are doing our part to support our local businesses. So when considering your provider for physical therapy, please support a local family owned business instead of a hospital or corporate owned facility.

2nd Family Main Line is an award winning home health care business, serving senior citizens & their families on the Main Line, offering non-medical support for every day life. By incorporating RN care coordination, a technology platform designed for families and elite caregivers, we can ensure your family members are receiving the best care possible.

2nd Family Co-Owner and Director of Nursing, Emily Glowacki, wanted to do something for the healthcare workers battling Covid on the frontlines. As a registered nurse with Jefferson and Penn Health systems, she saw the emotional and physical toll the pandemic was taking on her friends, former colleagues and co-workers as they were treating critically ill patients.

On April 17th, Emily launched her Feed The Frontlines with 2nd Family initiative. Friends, family and followers of 2nd Family jumped right in with nominations of hard-working healthcare workers at local hospitals as well as monetary donations to support the cause. 2nd Family worked with local restaurants, including Desert Rose and Bittersweet Kitchen (both in Media) as well as Ripplewood Whiskey & Craft (In Ardmore) to deliver delicious meals to the nominees and their floors. Many floors are converted Covid-19 units due to the influx of positive patients.

Since the April 17th launch, 2nd Family has raised nearly $5000, visited 10 different local hospitals (HUP, Jeff, Temple, Presby, Riddle, Chester County Hospital, Virtua in Voorhees, Crozer-Chester, Bryn Mawr & Lankenau Hospitals), 17 different floors and fed hundreds of local healthcare workers.

Nominations and donations to the GoFundMe are still being accepted. To donate: email Emily Glowacki at emily@2ndfamilymainline.com

Virtual Book Groups and Author Events
As we enter the second month of Covid 19 remediation and Main Point Books’ doors being closed, we have decided it is time to try to resurrect some of the programming that brings us all together. We are starting with our book groups, that we hope more of you will have time to join, and a phenomenal local author whose book launch we had to cancel at the beginning of the month. Please email us to let us know what programs you would like to participate in and we will send you a zoom link. Also please feel free to invite friends and family who do not live close by, which has been one of the surprising silver linings of this pandemic. We would also like to invite people to like us on facebook, twitter and Instagram so we can invite them to join us for virtual book groups and author events. Can’t wait to “see” some of you soon!

House Cup Coffee Roasters, based in Havertown, Delaware County, continues to roast the finest quality, organic, fresh coffees for our community during this challenging time. Orders may be placed online and coffee may be delivered for free to Haverford Township and surrounding communities – and shipping available anywhere. Curbside pickup may also be arranged at the roasthouse in Havertown.
Two other ways Main Line residents can help – purchase a gift card online for a health care worker, first responder or teacher to show their support. Or participate in our Suspended Coffee program where at 1/2 price, individuals may purchase a bag (or more) that is donated to a local food bank or hospital department. Recently, House Cup donated bags of Kcups to the Lankenau Hospital Respiratory Department when they mentioned online they were out of coffee one night. Residents rallied around this and helped us put together coffee packages for them, foodbanks and a  firehouse, to keep them caffeinated.  Coffee isn’t essential. But they are. housecupcoffee.com

Main Line Meals on Wheels Needs Refueling
Now more than ever Main Line Meals on Wheels needs your support during these times of uncertainty.  The COVD-19 virus has turned everyone’s world upside down, but especially the elderly and homebound patrons receiving meals from Main Line Meals on Wheels.

It is hard to believe that in our area there are hundreds of people who depend on Main Line Meals on Wheels, but that is reality. Please consider donating — any amount is appreciated and helps put meals on someone’s table.  $8.50 a day feeds a patron a hot and cold meal.  Donations can be taken over our Main Line Meals on Wheels website at mainlinemealsonwheels.org/donate or mailed directly to:  Main Line Meals on Wheels, PO Box 801, Devon PA  19333.

For over 45 years, Main Line Meals on Wheels has been delivering nutritious meals to the aged, convalescents, homebound and handicapped persons who are unable to shop or cook for themselves, regardless of race, color, creed, age or ability to pay.  Operating without government subsidies and with the support of Surrey Services and Bryn Mawr Hospital, it serves patrons in Philadelphia’s Main Line communities, and delivers about 61,000 meals every year. Help us fill ‘er up!
